Wow, we are going to get a mention in the Flybe inflight magazine. I forgot to ask when it is going to issued and how long it lasts, but hey, not bad! And all down to our friend Roger who runs Rowleth End, a very smart, up market B&B in Swaledale. Thank you Roger!
The article, titled ‘All Cheeses Great and Small’ features us and our cheesey friends Swaledale Cheese, Shepherds Purse and Simon Lacey.
Andrew is going to be mentioning our cheese making classes and our new mystery cheese, which shall continue to be under wraps so to speak for a little while longer. He also took a picture of me holding one of our Superior Goat Gouda cheeses in front of one of our maturing rooms. So to get my own back, I asked if I could take a picture of him! And we both mused that neither of us liked having our picture taken.
I was also able to get hold of some pictures of some of the sheep at Simon Stott’s farm in the Trough of Bowland and also the goats in Lancashire that provide our milk and I am glad to say that Andrew was more than pleased with these.
If anyone flies on Flybe, please let us know if you have seen the article.
