Meet Victor, made by Brytec

As some of you will know, Brytec make or source and refurbish and maintain all of our dairy equipment for us.

I cannot say enough about Brytec, we have found them very good to deal with as they understand that we are all on a tight budget and

cannot afford new things.  With this in mind, they are very resourceful at making things for us out of other items, like our newest addition to the dairy, Victor.

We are using Victor for the first time tomorrow to make our new mystery cheese in, scaling up just a little bit more.  We have already sold a fair bit of our new mystery cheese so far and have double the orders for next week, so it will be interesting to see how we scale up.

As we were having Victor delivered, we asked whether we could have a little bit of welding done too, so Paul very handily and helpfully did that for us too – thank you!   It was good to meet Paul who has only been with Brytec since March, having come from a steel fabrication company based in Longridge.

I hope he says hello to John, Bill and Brian for us.

If you are interested in commissioning some dairy equipment, then speak to Greg at Brytec on: 01772 786500, I cannot recommend

Iona, awww, when do we find out about the mystery cheese? If you’ve been selling it then *someone* knows…

Good to hear from you as always. We shall unveil the new mystery cheese in good time! haven’t really had time to take pics of it, but it is yummy and we have had some great feedback about it.

    Speak soon!
